| Southern Star Scents works very hard to give you the best quality candle on the market. Therefore we hand pour each candle when it is ordered. We do sometimes have some items in stock, and will ship those out immediately if we can. We will email you and let you know if this happens. Usually, orders are shipped within 5-7 business days of being received.(This does not apply to wholesale orders, see below). We ship using USPS. USPS priority mail normally takes about 3 days to arrive.

Wholesale Orders:
Usually ship within 2-3 weeks of order placement depending on the size of the order. If for some reason we are out of stock on any particular item in your order, we will notify you of the back order and get the rest of your order shipped to you so as not to hold you up. There is no extra charge for the backorder shipping. As it is paid for upfront when order is placed. We do have a 4 case minimum for wholesale candle orders, we also request that you keep your candle order to 3 scents per case. We also require a $50 minimum order on all other products if not ordering candles. We are sorry that we have had to do this, but we have gotten some using our wholesale section for their own personal use rather than for a business, and for that we have had to set a minimum.
Payment:
All orders must be paid for upfront, we accept paypal(can take credit cards), personal checks, and money orders. All forms of payment must be received before we will begin or ship the order. You will receive an email from us telling you where to send your payment if you choose to send a check or money order.

Shipping:
We are only shipping inside the US as of now. And we only ship using the United States Post Office . If you wish to have your order shipped using another company please contact us first before ordering.
Refunds/Returns:
We do not issue refunds. If an item is damaged, or defective you must contact us to discuss a replacement. If it is damaged in shipping, you must contact the shipping carrier within 5 days to report your claim. All broken piece`s must be kept, as well as the box, damaged or not. The post office must see these items on your end, and a claim will be worked up. You must choose the insurance option at checkout if shipping USPS.
